Shipping Policy         



We offer General buyer free shipping on with orders over $100.00 in the U.S. except HI and AK.  Authorize dealer, Canada and other international orders will be calculated at lowest possible rate.

The details of our shipping policy are:


FREE standard ground shipping is offered on all orders over $35.00 shipping to the contiguous U. S.


All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a shipping charge.


We do ship to international destinations but there will always be an additional shipping charge, and you are responsible for any duties or taxes applied by your government


Our website is enabled to factor in all additional shipping charges to any home address within Canada at the checkout process.


We cannot ship to a post office box number address.

International Shipping & Payments


We accept credit card (Canada Only), Paypal, wire transfer, western Union under $2000.


If you are an international customer, we will only send your order to billing address, shipping cost will be charged depend on the size and weight, we use international shipping companies such as UPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc.


For most places in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii, ENTERPRISE OF BLACK HAIR ALLIANCE (EBHA) offers 3 levels of delivery service. Second and Next Business Day deliveries are available services for most parts of AK and HI, and some remote locations. Shipping service options for your area will be displayed at checkout.


For P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico, only Standard Shipping is available.

Second and Next Business Day Delivery orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CST will not be processed until the following business day.


Standard delivery may be delayed to some AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO destinations. (Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.)


Random orders are briefly held for additional verification which may delay shipping of your order.


Some items in your order may not be eligible for next-day or second business day shipping. You'll be notified at checkout.






 How to track your order?


After we send out your order, we will follow up with a shipping confirmation email.


The shipping confirmation email you receive contains your tracking number. Click the link in the email or enter your tracking number to the shipping companies to track the status of your shipment.



*Please note that orders shipped in multiple packages will have multiple tracking numbers—just check each shipping confirmation email you receive to find them!



Store Pickup


As ENTERPRISE OF BLACK HAIR ALLIANCE’s (EBHA) goal is to satisfy our customers with the highest quality hair at the best price, we focus on providing our customers with the best shopping experiences when using our products and services, we think that only way to achieve that is to make our customers feel, touch and try on those fabulous styles you have been dreaming about, so we do have multiple storefronts across the United States.  If there is one of our stores located within 5 miles of your house, our website will automatically tell you your nearest store when you type in your zip code, in that case, Store Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in a store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges — and you may be able to get your order faster.


Here's how it works:


During checkout, choose Store Pickup and select your store.


We'll show you an estimated pickup date.


Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.)


Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the store and pick up your items.


We'll hold your items at the store for 8 days. If you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.


*If you wish to pay in store as you pick up the orders, we have that option as well, just simply click “pay in store” to check out and when you get a phone call from the store to pick up your orders, you can pay with credit card or cash there.


Bring to the store:


Your government-issued photo ID


The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used).


Your order number.


Who can pick up your order


You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up.  The person who picks up your order will need to provide the information you submitted when you checked out on our website. Your pickup person will need to show his/her ID and the order number at the store.


Only you — or the person you've told us will pick up your order — can pick up your items.




Ship to Store


Some items may not be immediately available for pickup at your local store, but can be shipped to your store from our warehouse for free. Ship-to-store items usually arrive at the store within 3 to 7 business days. Our associates at your selected store will contact you when your items are ready for pickup.




Store Pickup and our Price Match Guarantee


If your product is available at a lower price in the store at the time you pick it up, your original form of payment will be automatically adjusted to reflect the lower price. Some exclusions apply.


Changing or canceling Store Pickup


To change or cancel a Store Pickup order, call us at +1 847-621-2289


To switch from Shipping to Store Pickup, call within one hour of placing your order.


To switch from Store Pickup to Shipping, call any time.


If you're calling to cancel a Store Pickup order, please have your credit card information ready.


We'll hold your items at the store for 8 days. If you don't pick up your items by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.
